सूपरनॅचुरल Season 11: Jim ऊदबिलाव, बीवर Set to Return — and He's Got Company 

is going back in time to Season 5, with an assist from fan fave Bobby Singer — and another hunter pal.

Jim Beaver will reprise his role as the Winchesters’ beloved father figure in an upcoming Season 11 installment, TVLine has learned exclusively.

The actor — who was last seen on the CW series providing help from Heaven in Season 10’s “Inside Man” — will appear via flashbacks in Episode 16, alongside Steven Williams as hunter Rufus (who was killed during Season 6).

“[Dean and Sam] are going to be investigating an old case that was once investigated by Bobby and Rufus,” in what would have been Season 5, executive producer Jeremy Carver tells TVLine.

“There’s a lot of great throwbacks to things that happened” during that season, the EP continues, including “the wonderful relationship between Bobby and Rufus. That’s going to be a really neat episode.”

Love!! Bobby & Rufus had great chemistry.

Oh well, thought he was coming back from Heaven full-time. Anything is possible in that show. Love it.

I love this idea. We never did find out what happened in Omaha…

I hope Carver and Co. remembered Bobby was in a wheelchair in season 5.

This could be when Crowley gave Bobby the use of his legs back. At that time in S5, all hell was breaking loose.

It probably wasn’t in that time frame, as Bobby went on that mission to destroy the Croatoan virus with Sam and Castiel almost immediately after he got the use of his legs back. Then there was the big showdown with Michael and Lucifer at Stull before Sam jumped into the pit. Anything after that technically doesn’t qualify as season 5.

I’ll laugh so hard if they have Bobby walking/running around in this episode. Surely even Jeremy Carver wouldn’t screw up canon that badly, right?

Bobby got the use of his legs back before he died… Yes definitely cuz he died fighting the Leviathans’ alpha, and he had the use of his legs then.

Thought he’s coming back from Heaven to help the boys again … But then again it’s Supernatural. God, I miss Bobby sooo much :(

Since JDM will be staring as Negan in The Walking Dead this season it’s highly unlikely he’ll have time to return to Supernatural anytime soon…but one can hope.

they have different shooting schedules so actually it would be easy. Supernatural wraps shooting by May or so and The Walking dead doesn’t start shooting again until May or so. So Perfect in between time for him to return.

Yay! Bobby and Rufus. That’s great! If anybody should have gotten a spin-off it could’ve been those two.

I wish they would bring Bobby, back permanently.

Hey there this is Bobby, they burned my bones and disposed of all my personal attachments so how could you idjits believe I was coming back? Geez so many Idjits!

Rufus and Bobby never should have been killed off in the first place. They deserve their own spinoff. They are more interesting than the likes of Claire, Rowena, and Jody Mills.

Very cool, and I do hope they remember he was in a wheelchair during most of the season.

Dean and Sam cannot carry that series alone, the show needs characters like Bobby and Rufus or any actors with acting skills. As much as I like the show, Padelecki is adequate at best and Ackels has potential but his character is limited. I’m happy to see Bobby and Rufus back, they need to stay.

Supernatural is the best TV show on today there is a reason it’s been on for so long. Great actors and story lines u aren’t getting anywhere else. Continue on our wayward sons looking foward till Jan 20 to see how Sam gets out of the cage

Wow. Maybe if the show hadn’t killed these two great characters to start with, they could have kept using them without having to go to often ridiculous lengths (ghost!Bobby).
