Gwen leaves!!! HELP!!

ok, so in the 16th episode gwen gets kicked off for some reason... do आप know if she comes back??? and then duncan gets voted off some other time... but i heard some where that 2 characters come back... do आप think its gwen and duncan??? please give me the most information आप can!
