The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.


A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to रद्द करें this exploitative program."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's प्रशंसकों played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed द्वारा countless Michael Jackson प्रशंसकों worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

AQ Business Consultants has filed a petition in the Michael Jackson Estate case, asking the judge for permission to belatedly file a creditor's claim, on grounds it didn't know there was a time in asking for money.

AQ claims it helped Michael refinance $320,000,000 in loans, for which it was entitled to a $3.2 million fee. AQ claims it's still owed $1.2 mil.

The deadline for filing a claim has passed, but AQ claims it didn't get proper notice.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "I don't believe the claim has any merit but they're late in filing regardless."

But here's the thing ... TMZ is big in Bahrain, so what's the deal?

Caroline couldn't believe what happened at that moment.. When they stopped they looked at eachother for a moment.. they tried to understand what happened.... but they coudn't..

Caroline:"MIchael.. I.. I don't know what to say.. "

They looked at eachother than they kissed.. they were together.. forever..

Michael and Caroline were walking together in the street.. Caroline started telling the whole story.

Caroline:"My boyfriend gave me a visit.. i asked to have रात का खाना with me.. but he कहा that he was very.. busy.."
She paused for a moment..

Michael:"Do u want to stop? I don't want to make u upset.."

Caroline:"No.. I have to tell u everything.. Then I went at his house.. and his mum कहा he was at a bar.. then I saw him with another girl..They were holding hands.. laughing.."

Michael:"I'm sorry.. very sorry.. i wish to do something to help.."

Caroline:"I need a hug.."

Michael gave a big lovable hug.. she felt safe.. she didn't feel alone.. She was cheering up.. she felt something that she never felt.. she didn't know what it was.. but she felt something.. and she knew that she felt something for Michael..

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ प्रशंसकों plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the प्रशंसक group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson प्रशंसकों plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly विभाजित करें, विभक्त करें for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.

Michael's name has the exact letters to describe him. He had the sweetest voice for such a young child and the smoothest dance moves. We would have talent shows at our school या community recreation center, and there would always be a number of us who wanted to portray Michael and the Jackson five.

As he and we grew older we still enjoyed his sounds and performances. No one makes all perfect decisions in their lives. As with many a great artist he had some ups and downs. But through it all, his musical talents have been phenomenal genius.

As everyone should know, Michael Jackson had a disease called Vitilgo. Duh. Well we need someway to get that through the minds of people who think he changed it.

~Did Michael change it?: No, but he did use some bleach to help it stop, and slow down. Michael would never change his skin, he once said: "I am a Black American, and proud of it"

~Did it change itself?: Somewhat. Vitilgo has been in Michaels family for years.It has come from his mother`s side of the family, and it was just 'his turn'/'his genoration' to get it.
