INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 रोटी crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped chives, plus और for serving
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 large egg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
3 oz. whole दूध मोत्ज़ारेला, मोज़ेरेला cheese, cut into twenty 1/2" cubes
2 tbsp. extra-virgin जैतून oil
1/2 c. French's Sweet Buffalo Mustard
Blue cheese dressing, for serving

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk French’s Sweet Buffalo Mustard with 3 tablespoons water. In another medium bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, रोटी crumbs, chives, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Scoop मीटबॉल mixture into 20 small balls, about 2 tablespoons each. Using your hands, flatten each ball and press one cube मोत्ज़ारेला, मोज़ेरेला into the center, then सील, मुहर meat tightly around cheese. Repeat with remaining balls and mozzarella.
In a medium high-sided skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add meatballs and cook, turning every few minutes, until deeply golden all over and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Using tongs, transfer meatballs to the bowl with buffalo mustard mixture and toss to coat. Transfer meatballs to a serving platter.
Drizzle meatballs with blue cheese dressing and garnish with और chives. Serve with अजवायन, अजवाइन and carrot sticks.

Garlic Parmesan Fries
SERVES
4 to 6

INGREDIENTS

8 cups (2 quarts) water
2 pounds russet potatoes (about 4 potatoes)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (3 ounces)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons जैतून oil
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Ketchup, for serving (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange 2 racks to divide the ओवन into thirds and heat to 425°F. Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Prepare an ice water bath द्वारा filling a large bowl with ice and water; set aside.

INGREDIENTS
For the baklava:

1 lb. of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, या pistachios are best, या use a combination of them)
1 lb of phyllo dough
1 cup of butter, melted
1/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon of ground cloves
For the syrup:

1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of नींबू juice
1 cinnamon stick
Finely ground pistachios for garnish (optional)

METHOD

1 Lightly grease a 9x13 pan and set the ओवन to 350°F.

Makes 4-6 portions

Ingredients:

250 g/ 8oz of stewing beef
250 g/ 8oz of lean pork
2 carrots, peeled and grated
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 Pack of cooked & peeled beetroots (ones in light vinegar dressing are the best), grated (sorry if आप just had your nails done!)
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
Quarter of the white cabbage, sliced
One large onion, peeled and diced
Sunflower oil
Bay leafs
Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley and dill
Tomato paste
Tin of red kidney beans (optional)

Method:

Cut beef and pork into big chunks, put it in the pan, add some खाड़ी, बे leafs, fresh parsley, dill and cover with water....
