Duncan`s POV:I woke up the अगला morning with the sun streaming in through the blinds.The sun was up whick meant Courtney was up.So I got up,brushed my teeth,got dressed and went downstairs for breakfast."Mornin."my dad said."Mornin."I कहा back."Is Courtney here?"I asked."No.She`s out in the field plowin this mornin.But if आप go out to the field,I`m sure आप can catch her."Courtney`s dad कहा winking at me."Thanks."I said.After breakfast,I went out to the field to find Courtney.After walking around the मक्का, मकई field for at least 10 minutes,I still couldn`t see anything over the मक्का, मकई stalks.
Courtney`s POV:I was on the ट्रैक्टर, ट्रेक्टर plowing and looking around when I saw something moving in the मक्का, मकई field.I saw a hat and knew it was Duncan.I smiled and laughed.He was useless trying to find his way through the field.It reminded me of when I was 5 and my brothers left me alone,in the dark,in the मक्का, मकई field.I had to navigate my way back घर द्वारा using the stars.I was a smart as a kid and now.Duncan finally came out and smiled at me.I couldn`t help but smile back.I focused back on plowing.But it was so hard for me to look away.THen all of a sudden,the ट्रैक्टर, ट्रेक्टर breaks down."Dang it!"I yelled.I sat back and kept looking at my wrist.I saw Duncan comuing up from my left.
Duncan`s POV:I saw Courtney very frustrated.I ran up to her and looked at her wrist.It was bleeding badly."Here."I कहा tearing a piece of my कमीज, शर्ट off."You don`t have to do that Duncan.It`s just a cut."she said."Yeah,but I want to."I कहा wrapping the piece of कमीज, शर्ट around her wrist.I felt so weird.But I shook it off."Thanks."she said."No problem."I said.My dad came out of the field."Oh,great,I can barley find my way through that field and my dad takes it like a piece of cake."I thought."Duncan there`s a girl at the gate.She wants to see you."my dad said."Okay."I said.I looked at Courtney and she said,"Go ahead.I`ll fix it up.Won`t take long."I smiled and started to run towards the gate.When I got there,I saw a girl standing there smiling.I looked confused."Duncan!"she said.
