What should i do?

Im planing to do a यूट्यूब channel in 1214!!
the only prob is, i want to do gaming AND comedy vidoes. So should i have 1 channel with both या 2 channels with two "activities"
Im looking for और popularity, और यूट्यूब commercial income (not necessarily needed) and of coarse what the audiences would rather want.
