Is there anyway to रिपोर्ट someone on youtube?

There's this 10 या 11 साल old girl on this one हेतालिया video who literally wont stop trolling. She's been cursing, attacking, and even threatening people there in the comments. I saw her there months पूर्व and I go back to the video and she's still there. Almost every single टिप्पणी दे someone post she उत्तरों back saying something like, "YOUR A RETARD!", या "NOBODY GIVES A SHIT!", या something insulting the show.

Ugh, she's not letting up at all. it seems that people in the टिप्पणियाँ have been trying to ignore her but she seems to just get worse and worse with her replies.

Is there anyway I can रिपोर्ट her at all? या contact the people who run youtube?
