Hi :- ) how come there are 13 पुस्तकें but only 26 episodes?

Hello there :) आप see, it kinda bugs me that there are 13 book, and only 26 episodes. If we take an example as shugo chara, there are 12 पुस्तकें and 102 (101?) episodes. Isn't this a little wierd?
