No, it's totally fake. If it was real it would be out द्वारा now since it कहा it was coming out in 2011. And notice how they made the plot sound kind of like Alice in Wonderland? I'm not sure what that was but I'm assuming it was for April Fool's दिन या something.

There is a Wizard of Oz prequel coming out in March, but it's not द्वारा Tim Burton. I believe he is directing a film of the book Miss Peregrine's घर for Peculiar Children though. :)
