"Fanpop is all about community and sharing. We would hate to get into turf wars and territorialism on our site, so we've decided it would be best if each club was a democratic state. Everyone gets to contribute videos, लिंक्स and तस्वीरें and anyone can propose artwork for a club (banners and icons). The person who creates the club just gets to kick it off for all their fellow प्रशंसकों to enjoy. But unfortunately, they don't win a cookie for starting it, just the gratitude of other प्रशंसकों around the world for representing their passion. If आप create a club, आप will be able to संपादन करे and change the name for a limited time. This way, a user can't go and make another user a प्रशंसक of "cats" one मिनट and "dogs" the next. आप will be able to संपादन करे the विवरण and suggest तस्वीरें for that club until it is promoted out of the pending क्लब्स queue. To do this there is an "edit club" link under the banner. We will also be helping to संपादन करे क्लब्स and make sure everything is neat and tidy."
... Although I might add as an assumption that the one who starts the club also gets to decide what it is for as in define its nature and purpose to as limited extent as desired. Ie. contributing something soley about the first Lion King movie, या the comics या books, would be miscategorized if in this club as this is a club for/about the sequel film. Ie. 2. I started a club for Tolkien's intented version of Frodo and Sam in The Lord of the Rings and specifically defined that therefor the club is not for the gay-lovers fanfiction stuff, so I bet my boots if someone did still post some of that, it could be reported as miscategorized content and would be deleted sooner या later द्वारा Fanpop's staff.
As in I'm pretty sure the starter gets to define the nature of the club, but doesn't really own it in the sense that doesn't hold power to literally control the contributions like a मंच admin would. But instead everything goes through Fanpop's staff.
