Is Sheldon portraying a person with Asperger's Syndrome?

Thanks for responding! I thought that he might be portraying a person with Asperger's Syndrome because of his rigidity in how things have to be done and his difficulty in पढ़ना social cues. He reminds me of my grandson, who has Asperger's.,
