If your hair is thin try bangs it will help u get a fuller look
I have tons of फ्रेंड्स who have blond hair and they wear their hair down perfectly maybe wear your hair in braids या a ponytail
If your hair is strait u can curl it sometimes
या u can just let your hair naturally
