A fan says Tao replied to her on Instagram saying he won\'t leave EXO, others question the validity of her claims

Although SM Entertainment has already denied rumors about EXO\'s Tao leaving the group, it seems fans feel that they won\'t be reassured until Tao addresses it himself. Perhaps even to the point that some may photoshop a response from the idol to reassure their fellow fangirls? 

One fan in particular has been causing some divided responses with a post she made on her Instagram page. She posted the image you see below as proof, claiming that Tao had replied to her direct message, telling her that he won\'t leave EXO. 

Many initially let out a sigh of relief over the matter, and started to spread the image to reassure other fans. This caught the attention of

, who began to write articles saying that Tao himself has addressed the issue.

However, others quickly pointed out the image had been photoshopped. They reasoned that Tao is very unlikely to pick one fan to respond to out of the masses, and especially one who had written to him in English. They also said that the image had traces of evidence that it had been edited, especially with the odd amount of spacing between the Tao\'s Instagram name and his alleged reply.

Tao\'s english is not that great to understand all that she said let alone to pick her comment out of the many he had, plus there\'s evidence of Photoshop, plus if he had actually commented on something it would have showed in our instagram on the  "people you follow" feed and it hasn\'t so it\'s indeed fake. I get that there\'s apprehension surrounding the news and that everyone fails to feel reassured but using these means is worse for everyone.

Being multilingual, my eyes do prefer only one language. When you are used to a certain language, your eyes will naturally spot it through the mass of all the other languages. There is a very low chance of Tao actually reading the English ones, considering that he is better at Korean and Chinese. Even if he does read it, I doubt he would reply to it if the chances of him replying to Chinese ones are already so low.

My job involves working with Photoshop and I can confidently say that is definitely photoshopped. And badly photoshopped at that lol. But I\'ll believe in him. If he wants to stay I\'ll trust him and if he wants to leave I\'ll support him

you know what that\'s it when it gets to the point people photoshop because they dont believe sm[granted i dont blame them there but still] im not gonna be the least bit shocked if the kid ends up leaving sorry.
