हे Guys just here to tell आप that it's not your fault and आप can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that आप can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that आप can do... आप can and don't let anything tell आप otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to आप talk to someone that आप know well and can trust, becasue if आप just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the दिल ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if आप have one because they can help आप throuth it too.
