1)YOU ARE NOT STUPID
2)IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BLAME YOUR SELF FOR HAVING SOCIAL ANXIETY

OMG due to the lack of activity I rarely visited this club and I just saw ur comment...sorry for not answering for so long...I was visiting a counselor for teens for a few months but actually the most important thing for me wasn't the सलाह she gave me but the diagnosis itself that really raised my self esteem cause until then i had no idea about my condition and i believed that i would never manage to be myself and make friends. My counselor's basic सलाह was to deal with the situations that cause this anxiety to get over it द्वारा the time..She'd दिया me quite much info and ways to open up so if आप want I'd like to discuss और about itto एक साल  से अधिक पुराना
