What about Jack Frost's past. There is so much history and stories from his birth all the way until his death and beyond that even to the ending of Rise of the Guardians.
It be interesting to see characters from the पुस्तकें incorporated into it.
And Jack would probably get a love-interest because they actually wanted that in the beginning.
