Is there a reason why फैन्पॉप मंचों seem relegated to mini-games?

Or...I guess the बिना सोचे समझे club forums.
जवाब seem और like the place for discussion on Fanpop, however, मंचों lets आप post multiple times (Answers lets आप do it under certain buggy steps). मतदानो sometimes have discussion too.
Just kinda curious because one of the most used sites I use now is Gamefaqs, which is a game मंच site. I'm very used to talking about games there, answering सवालों and giving feedback and everything. Sometimes फैन्पॉप मंचों are used for actual discussion, but a lot of times its just mini-games.
Is something about जवाब and मतदानो make it seem और discussion friendly than club forums? Does it have something to do with the notifications?

Also I'm posting here because this is a सवाल and I'm bored, and I already know the answer to this question, probably, but I'm asking anyways just because.
