He's sarcastic, an asshole...always high on something. He seems pretty laid back but can be prone to aggressive behaviors such as literally stabbing a man to death when आप first meet him just because he was trying to shake आप down for money.
But if आप look deep, deep, deep down, he's actually a somewhat decent guy. He doesn't like it when the innocent and helpless get picked on, and really doesn't stand for injustices like that. He can say some pretty deep stuff too, if आप can actually consider it deep with a few words like "shit" या "fuck" thrown into his vocabulary.
He's quirky, just a cool dude in general. Makes me smile with how fucking weird he is and his sense of humor. Also he's the embodiment of Big Dick Energy.
