How do आप escape from negativity?
When you're angry या sad/depressed, being harassed या like somebody must've done something या कहा something to upset आप in any way या आप just feel mentally depressed या whatever bad feeling आप feel, even feeling annoyed या irritated and trying to get a moment of peace या some आप alone time, what your best way to feel better and help आप relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm संगीत and just relax. या just any of my kind of संगीत या my प्रिय songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room द्वारा myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And द्वारा people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape या outer अंतरिक्ष and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful कल्पना world without any bad stuff going on. So how do आप escape to your own world? What's your way to help आप relax and get away from everything?
