I'd have to go with The Almighty. Imagine every possible future being like grains of sand in pouring from your hands, and each grain of sand is a possible future and या outcome that आप could change at will. And the kicker? There is literally no drawbacks whatsoever.

In all honesty I think this is one of the most broken eye abilities to have ever existed द्वारा a long shot and it took some major asspulls to even come close to putting down the guy that used it.
