What should I say if my friend says she's pregnant?

My friend has been feeling sick and had to puke after she ate भोजन करनेवाला, डिनर या lunch etc. and she wants to go to the doc to check out if she's pregnant. In case she is, and kind of needs help, confort या so,how should I help her.
