Why are some सवालों on फैन्पॉप where they aren't answered for a long time?

Example:
A सवाल was answered, and it hasn't been answered for 3 months just sitting there. What's the matter?

It may be the question, it may be the time it was posted, it may be people being in active, it may be something no one knows, it may be a spam question, several reasons.
