A सवाल about SCP_Containment breach

I've been messing around with टिप्पणी दे codes, I've spawned a bunch of scp-049's in attempt to make them "speak" but all of them seem to refuse too... Am I doing something wrong? या do I have to find the actually container of Scp-049?
