First of all, be pretty as in natural beauty, then appear और often in his वृत्त of friends, hobbys & interests, appear at the same events that he does, maybe he'll take notice of आप eventually, talk to HIS फ्रेंड्स if your not up to talking to him, will grab his attention...
Be cool and funny - if आप can......who dosen't प्यार funny!?...Be good a things, that can impress him{in school most likely}...
or, do nothing he's bound to like आप at some point if your half decent!

if आप don't go to school this is what आप do:
1. be yourself
2. where pretty clothes
3. where perfium
4. ask him out on a date

all आप have to do is wear pretty clothing and then just meet the boy and then he will ask आप out on a date
