How do आप get a dedicated medal in a प्रशंसक club?

I've seen people with them. I want to get one for the Demi Lovato club. So how do आप get a dedicated?
(I want to get a fanatic but that seems hard so I'll start with dedicated)

आप just need to contribute a lot. Comments, images, videos, it all counts. It's easier to earn पदक on spots with lots of active users as people need to प्रशंसक या प्रिय या टिप्पणी दे on your stuff to earn the medal.

But quite honestly it's all random, I actually received a medal on the क्रिस्मस spot in June (I hadn't been active there in months).

3.) Make मतदानो & answer other people's polls
4.) Post comments
5.) Write articles
