It's perfectly normal. आप can eat,just exercise a bit afterwards so the carbs won't end up turning into fat and आप won't have to worry about anything. Well,if आप like exercising that is.

But in any case, starving yourself is never the answer. आप will lose muscle mass and feel tired constantly, no energy.
Trust me, I've been there.
Just be health concious with your खाना and exercise regularly. Do it to stay healthy and keep your body feeling good, आप do not need to lose weight. आप are perfectly fine just the way आप are. :)

You're not fat. 123 is normal, perfectly normal. So please please please don't get sucked into society's "thinner is better" because I have several फ्रेंड्स who are/have been anorexic/bulimic including 2 who were hospitalized for it. It takes over your life. One of them has been in treatment for over a साल and she still can't eat in front of people and she still skips school on days when there are class parties. Don't do that to yourself. Let yourself think "I'm fat I'm fat I'm fat" and it becomes ALL आप think about and आप can become obsessed. It's incredibly unhealthy.

What's healthy is eating and exercising and being 110-130 pounds. You're in that range for your height so your set. You're perfect.

Who freaking cares? I'd प्यार to be आप weight, I'm your height, but I'm 80 pounds and it's not healthy. I eat like a cow but I just can't seem to gain anything, and my Doctor and Parents think I'm going to start being anemic.

I just realized I may seem like an insensitive jerk but I really don't want आप to end up like a girl in my class. She became anorexic and started going to the hospital. Right now, she doesn't come to school anymore and she is dying in the Hospital. Don't be like her. Be strong.

Think about how people living in the slums of Oceania, India, Africa!!! Think about how terrible आप are being to them! Don't आप feel a little bad that आप have so much खाना but choose not to eat it, while these people are dying because they don't have food. If आप can't eat for yourself, eat for them. LIVE FOR THOSE WHO DIE OF STARVATION.
