What do आप did when आप feel angry, scared, embarrassed, guilty, and sick?

I feel like that at the moment and I don't know what to do with myself. And एल feel horrible. And I'm over thinking this. Please help me?

XD that'd be me! :D i usually just do the opposite of what the door says just to see what would happen, there was this one time ipulled a door that कहा push and it opened and i yelled "liar!" (im a freak)

लेखन down your feelings is a great idea- it really helps, and if आप can't put your feelings into words आप can do little doodles around it!
