Does anyone know how to relieve a headache without taking any sort of medication?

Stop using anything electronical, drink lots of water, lie down in a dark room in complete silence and try not to think. This is what I do and it works :)

Try doing yoga या meditating ..imagine that your are the lotos and clean your aura.

Drink lots of water. Headaches are often caused द्वारा lack of moisture in the brain. या something like that. (derp-level biology)

Lay down for a while. You'd be amazed how much a little rest can help. Opening up a couple of windows helps a great deal to.

But in the end, unless you're allergic या something like that, I would सलाह आप to take an asperin. The effects of asperin kicks in after about 30 minutes. Always works for me. On a सेकंड thought, take in the aspirin right away, and perform the above things I mentioned. That oughta be the best way to get rid of a headache.
