HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed द्वारा them is to forget about them. Like forget that your फ्रेंड्स ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, आप should be honest and tell your फ्रेंड्स (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that आप trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way आप could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If आप do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes आप have too tell them that आप needs some अंतरिक्ष for a दिन या two but dont yell at then when आप say i just need some अंतरिक्ष and in 2 या 3 या even 4 days start helping again.

i have made a spot for stuff like this called ask devie if आप every need time आप could alway just posty your फ्रेंड्स problems and i can give आप advise too tell them, will आप join?if आप need a link just tell me in a टिप्पणी दे and i will send आप one.
