I guess they दिखाना your dedication to a person/movie etc. And दिखाना how much your a fan. Im not sure how आप get them but im guessing आप have to add alot of stuff to a spot या something. :-) xx

To get them आप have to be a Jack of all trades. That means, creating pop क्विज़ questions, commenting on polls, adding pictures, uploading vids, all that good stuff. (JUST MAKE SURE that the stuff आप add, especially pictures, havn't already been uploaded द्वारा someone else, या the pop क्विज़ सवालों आप add havn't already been asked. It's not only inconsiderate, but super annoying). Anyways, the stuff आप add needs to get good ratings, या a lot of people participating. If आप add enough stuff, you'll get medals. Like I कहा though, it's all about the ratings, so be a nice fanpoper and rate other people's stuff. They'll return the favors ;]
