In a general sense I do. Sometimes it does not happen right away. For awhile bad people can seem like thier on चोटी, शीर्ष of the world. It catches up with them eventually.

In Wicca, we have something called the Threefold Law, which is sort of similar to karma. It states that whatever energy आप put out into the universe will come back to आप three times as strong, so if आप put out positive energy, you'll get three times as much positive energy back, and if आप put out negative energy, you'll get three times the negative energy back.
So I suppose I do believe in karma, in a way.
