It's ok, this is completely normal for your age, although I know that won't make आप feel any better. There is absolutely nothing weird about it at all, so don't worry about this point. I've been there, and it's hard as hell - so I'll tell आप how I dealt with it 1) Firstly, I would recommend talking to someone आप trust about it, like your mum या dad. I know, it's hard to talk about your feelings - आप probably feel lonely and panicky whenever आप think about it, and embarrassed at the idea of telling anyone. But I promise you, talking about it makes it so much easier to cope with! And it makes आप feel secure and loved, और importantly. 2) Another thing आप could do is keep a diary, and write down all of your feelings in it. At least, I've always found that this helps me. It helps to bring logic back into your thoughts, and problems always look smaller on paper! 3) I would also recommend avoiding depressing books, films, etc. Something as small as watching a funny TV दिखाना या पढ़ना a cheerful book really can lift your spirits. The पुस्तकें that really help me through tough times are the Jeeves पुस्तकें and the Blandings Castle पुस्तकें द्वारा P.G. Wodehouse - आप might want to try looking them up. 4) Finally (you'll like this one) - spoil yourself! Indulge in your favourite things. I remember that finding time to relax with good films and books, taking nice, hot baths, eating my favourite foods, etc, all helped to cheer me up. Even simple things like hot चॉकलेट with marshmallows can make आप feel better. I hope this helps you, even slightly. Please feel free to talk to me about this whenever आप like - I know exactly how it feels, and I can help you, if आप ever need me. :) xxx
