How can I reset my country for YouTube?

Appearantly, YouTube thinks that I come from Germany. And it's not only my current YouTube account that I'm on, because when I log off, all the text remains written in German.

I really would like to know how I can solve this, because I can't listen to संगीत anymore, since some company in Germany doesn't let me listen to licensed music.

Thanks! It seems my location has always been 'The Netherlands' but now I finally set my language to 'Dutch'. Still, watching video clips remains impossible...
