How do आप get those " moving आइकन " thingies?

And put them on फैन्पॉप as your user icon?? Please help me!!!!!!!

@ skipperfan We are not supposed to have gifs but a glitch in फैन्पॉप allows us to have them for a few days. The glitch comes around at least every other month...I think...

फैन्पॉप doesn't use gifs,the only two times it did were because of a glitch,fanpop didn't intend to make us have gif icons.So yeah,you can't have a gif,only if आप add it to an image gallery on a club(From what I've seen)..
