yes. everything happens for a reason. i know that if आप change your mind या do something differnt the future shifts. but to answer why i think its gods wish of who आप are going to प्यार forever and be together :)
I sure do. xD But I don't think that they have to be प्रेमी necessarily, and I think आप can have और than one. They're just people you're supposed to know and be around no matter what. They can be lovers, friends, family, and maybe even enemies. There's just people that आप can't stay away from, in my opinion.
