...You're अभिनय like आप two have been together for years. It's been two weeks. Two fucking weeks. That's not really enough time for आप to fall in प्यार with him, especially at that age. Christ. If he wanted to break up, don't pester him. Just keep your chin up and let him go. Not as though he's your soulmate या anything. It's really not that big of a deal.

Imagine all the boys you'll miss out on who'll crush on you. You'll miss out on having dates with all types of boys if आप stay with your first boyfriend. If it's meant to be with him, you'll be back with him. आप can't "get" someone to give आप a सेकंड chance, just like आप can't "get" them to प्यार you. You've got to give the boy some time, then ask him if he'll take आप back. If he says no, it's not the end of the world. There's still millions out there.
