What do आप mean द्वारा "items"? If आप mean like लेखाए and stuff like that then at the beginning of the लेख there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then आप click it and POOF your a प्रशंसक of that particular article.

like at the चोटी, शीर्ष of your प्रोफ़ाइल page, अगला to the props, there's a little trophy type thing that says *insert user name* is a प्रशंसक of *insert number* of items.
There is a resonably large, green button, usually at the चोटी, शीर्ष right of the item, that has the word "Fan" on it, just click that and BAM. You're a fan.
