if I was sad, I like to listen to some musics from Avril Lavigne, Taylor तत्पर, तेज, स्विफ्ट या Cascada (or more)...
but I picked the song of my mood, maybe आप could forget the bad mood द्वारा fun activity you've never done :)

To cheer up, I suggest आप to listen dance/pop musics. I mean, energetic songs आप should listen!
For example, TiK ToK या Take It Off from केशा would be really good. Or, I dunno, u can listen Christina Aguilera या Britney Spears too. Just listen energetic songs; songs that will make your mind go somewhere else (;
