Why are some people offended द्वारा a statement such as "That's so gay"?
I just never really understood it.
Most of the people I know who have कहा this have nothing against homosexuality. They mean no harm to gay people whatsoever. I'll even admit this, sometimes I use this when I'm in a certain mood. And when I say this, I usually mean to say that something is corny या silly. What I कहा when saying "That's so gay" has nothing to do with homosexual people.
I mean, I really don't take offense to it. And I'm bi. Of course I'm aware of other people's feelings and thoughts being completely different than mine.
But it's just....I don't understand the insult that others could see in something like that.
Can someone please explain it to me?
