Go to the फैन्पॉप घर page. Near the bottom on your right there is a box that says 'browse clubs' अगला to that it says 'create new club'. Just click on that.
आप go on the main page, scroll down all the way till you're almost at the bottom, there will be a box on the right that will say browse club, on the चोटी, शीर्ष right it will say create club then आप click on it
