Pansy isn't in very much in the Harry Potter books, but she's managed to become one of the most hated characters in Harry Potter, surpassed only द्वारा Umbridge and the Dursleys. It's true that many people hate Bellatrix, Voldemort and Malfoy, but they also have plenty of प्रशंसकों who think they make for great villains.
