well the only ones we know for sure are Hil and Chad and Sophia James and Joy seem really like to come back.

see now that is what should have happened, to believe HB herself. It really hurts me that she was so emotional, and thinking about Peyton. But can't help but wonder why.

She said "if I had creative control it would go on forever" perhaps they didn't want her back for s7. That is silly, but maybe what happened. Who knows...but to all that disregard Peyton, and HB's work...please watch this, and know she does know the things people say about Peyton...and she does love her.

Rumors of the actors leaving the series have been greatly exaggerated. While it’s true that the CW ordered a new season without having signed contracts with CMM and Burton, it turns out that’s because the CW doesn’t have signed contracts (yet) with any of the OTH talent.

Now, it’s certainly possible that CMM and Burton could leave (there’s no definite news either way), but overall, you can rest your pretty little heads about this issue, as we’ve been told by a reliable insider, “Obviously, most if not all [of the castmembers] are coming back.”

i think both chad and hil will leave.. don't want them to, but i think so. but a happy ending is great for them! <3

Um i would not believe Kristen she is hardly ever accurate and Chad has told fans who have been to Wilmington to watch filming that he is not coming back.

I am still just touched how much Hil loves Peyton, that should really effect viewers she obviously is very moved by her character and is going to miss her, but it still sounds like it wasn't her decision. But I love her, and thank her for addressing rumors herself.

thats what i love about her how much she cares for the show and Peyton and i really don't think it was her choice to leave i think it might have been Mark but no ones knows but them.

very true dermer...I love that she has such compassion for her character, and it touched her so much. I also loved that she addressed it herself. See some people need to know she does watch what is said about her on the net...I hope they know, and hope none of the negative things ever hurt her, I couldn't stand that. she is too sweet of a person.

I know...Hil is a true gift, I typed out her message for those who may not have broadband. I'll watch season 7, just for Hilarie though it may just break my heart.

"Hey you Guys, Hilarie hanging out here in my kitchen after a long day of work...well it really wasn't that long. I only had two scenes today. I have a pretty great job, uh, and I've always had a really great job. And it was announced yesterday that One Tree Hill is coming back for season 7, yeah. It's very exciting, and I'm very excited for everybody involved. Um, there's all sorts of rumors flying around about me, and whether or not I am coming back, and I just want to clear up one thing that is very important to me. And that is, I want everyone to know how much I love Peyton Sawyer, and my crew. (long silence)

And I've had a really good run, and I wish I had creative control over the show you guys but I don't. But if I did, um, it would go on for a million years, and Peyton Sawyer would cry for you all the time. Cause she does that, and um I just don't anyone to think I am abandoning a place that has been very good to me.

So with that being said, I want you guys to watch because another year of One Tree Hill means another year that my entire crew is employed and working and that is the reason Kelly and I started Southern Gothic because we really believe in everything this area has to offer, it is a wonderful place, and I really wonderful crew, and I ask that you guys support the show, and support them and uh, and yeah watch the rest of season 6, it's gonna be really good. Um, and in the mean time we have so much going on with Southern Gothic.
