I'm really embarrassed about this, but I have a super bad habit; I bite my nails. It makes it really hard to paint my nails, because they are so small. Any ideas on how to stop biting my nails?

आप can try to use a nude nail color so when आप bite your nails you'll have a bad taste in your mouth. maybe that will work.
