We all know that Michael Jackson was known as much for his humanitarian work as he was for his amazing musical talent. Now, MJFC is highlighting Michael's philanthropic efforts with a new section called Stories of Michael's Love.
In this new section, आप will find examples and first hand accounts of Michael's generosity and love. And, we want to hear from you! "Moonwalker" -- a collection of short films made द्वारा MJ in 1988 -- was never released theatrically in the United States ... but one L.A. movie theater is finally trying to make it happen ... for one night only.
TMZ has learned Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood is on the hunt for a film print of the 1988 cult classic ... after MJ प्रशंसकों flooded the A.C. फेसबुक page with the challenging request.
According to reports, "Moonwalker" was never theatrically released in America because of failed negotiations with U.S. movie distributors back in the दिन ... however the flick was eventually released in The States on VHS.

The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs या treatment that caused the singer's death.
Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained द्वारा TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment या administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death."
Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray या with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.
Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error."

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.
As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered द्वारा both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to हटाइए herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to रद्द करें this exploitative program."

ok so i got the new mj album अगला to the experience.
the album is amazing and hopfully some of the songs will be heard on the radio and the following now series. the album has 10 songs.

well when i looked on the back of the CD it कहा 9 of the tracks were origonaly recorded and made द्वारा michael himself they were all finished द्वारा using parts of the songs and extending them या looping them.
this is a great album but im not so sure about number 10 it sounds just like him या maby it was all looped to finish

Certain items found in the room where Michael Jackson died could help shape Dr. Conrad Murray's defense -- namely, that other docs were medicating Michael.
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... evidence in the room suggests certain potent drugs were "prescribed and prepared" for MJ to self-medicate.
As we first reported, Dr. Murray's team will not challenge the L.A. County Coroner's finding that Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. But as we told you, Murray's team will present evidence in the doc's manslaughter case that Michael awakened, then gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left the room.
We're told Murray's team hasn't decided if it will use the evidence found in the room to implicate other doctors in Jackson's death. But we do know Murray's legal team will present evidence during the trial that the fruits of Jackson's notorious doctor shopping over two decades wore his body down.
The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer refused comment.
