Sayid and Korean couple were already dead. Jack turns into the new Jacob, the island's protector.
He and MIB take Desmond to the Light of the island, and he turns it off, beginning the destruction of the island. This also takes away MIB's powers, turning him human. He and Jack then face off and Kate shoots MIB, killing him.
A wounded Jack then volunteers to turn the Light of the island back on, a suicide mission (why?, shrugs), thus he saves the island from being destroyed.
The remaining guys, Sawyer, Kate, Richard, Lawnmower Man (pilot), Miles, Claire, all escape via airplane.
HUGO and Ben stay on the island, with Hugo becoming the new protector of the island and Ben becoming like the new Richard I guess.
CUT TO the flash-sideways. They were not real this whole time. They were 'created' द्वारा Jack and the rest of the survivors, together. After they have died apparently. Like a Heaven या something.
They all sort of remember their पूर्व life, with Jack being the last guy. They then all meet the church where Jack's dad was suppose to be buried originally.
They all laugh and high five each other. Jack's dad is there and he's a nice guy now, explaining to Jack that these people are the most important people in his life.
And none of them ever had kids या ever did anything important other than being trapped in the island I guess.
Then they all go to like a higher tier of Heaven. The END.
