Billboard recently published a list of the 10 most-watched K-pop videos in the month of April in both the United States and around the world.
NCT U’s “The 7th Sense” was the most-watched K-pop video in the United States while TWICE’s “Cheer Up” was the most-watched K-pop video globally.
The two rookie groups flipped spots in the U.S and global YouTube rankings, with NCT U taking first in the United States and second globally, while TWICE took first globally and second in the United States.
Block B took third place on both charts with their video “Toy” while NCT U’s “Without You” ranked fourth.
Billboard notes that VIXX (No. 5), BTS (No. 7), and SEVENTEEN (No. 10) ranked in the Top 10 in the United States, but none of them made the global list. Instead, “Descendants of the Sun” OST singers XIA Junsu (No. 5) and MC the Max (No. 7) ranked high on the international list, as well as I.O.I’s pre-release video “Crush” (No. 6).
Park Jin Young’s “Still Alive” and Chen and Heize’s “Lil Something” also ranked within the Top 10 on both charts.
