Sinna_Hime_chan This your article. You do not have to do anything & I don't think I asked. 13-15 year olds who have their first kiss or do kiss is not that 'rare' really. Some have more lax parents, and some are even dating around that age according to all I know, have seen in schools, and read; including National Bureau of Statstics and other encyclopedia sources. The trend for more than kissing seems to be decreasing but stands at about 50/50 as a whole with a widening gap between the two, especially with certain religious denominations and also with teens who are becoming more practical as well as scared of certain disease in regards to MORE than just kissing... HOWEVER the trend rises for "other" sexual activity that for WHATEVER reason is on the rise because it is not considered the actual act. So it is actually kinda a strange split trend right now.
