As with all other spots doing this, I will continue to vote for the incumbent unless it's done link. Make a forum first so everyone can participate. Making icons and banners takes time, and late additions to picks don't get the same amount of consideration as the first options. Create a forum first, let the spot know, and collect suggestions from everyone before starting a pick so that everyone gets a fair chance.
