to be honest, YES because that's what He promised in the Al-Quran, dat the believers will be sent to heaven and the astrayers to the hell. But,Allah is The Most Merciful and The Most Gracious. He's Al-Wahid (One) in making decisions,no need for brotherhood या commitments.
