That foot chase with the criminal running from the cops was epic! Why can't actual crime shows have scenes like that? "What the hell are we chasing?" Soon as that dude just started scaling the building wall from the pipes... I'd have said "To hell with this!" got in my squad car and went for a doughnut.

When the episode first started I thought I had the wrong show on. I was like "What are we watching? I thought this was supposed to be House?" Once the cop went splat it became apparent. Seriously though, awesome chase scene. I could have went without the living autopsy with the power tools scene though. It seriously made me cringe which don't happen often.
